What are the chances of getting pregnant when your on your period? We have been TTC for 4 months now. We have one child already but I had just had surgery and a month long period following that so we didn't know exactly at what point we concieved. Our daughter is soon to be two. I have a history of early grade ovarian cancer, with only one tube and ovary left. The other was removed five years ago at age 22, I now have another cyst which they are monitoring for any possible cancer so far so good there and also have endometriosis. We were lucky the first time as we were told we may never conceive and if we do there was a big possibility we would have several miscarriages luckily my body produced enough hormones and we conceived and had our first child without any major problems or complications.
