Not feeling so pregnant anymore....

I'm almost 13 weeks and have been sick for the last week, Saturday I got dizzy and grayed out and ended up convulsing, went to the ER after contacting the on-call OB. They determined I was severely dehydrated, pumped me full of fluids and prescribed antibiotics for a slight UTI they detected. I was on my third antibiotic and I became violently ill. I threw up for the better part of Monday and wasn't able to keep anything down until that evening, SO called my OB and they prescribed zofran and sent it over to the pharmacy. Since then I have been on the mend trying really hard to keep my fluids up and eat a little something every now and then. But today I don't feel the same as I have the last few weeks. My breasts are not as tender and I feel like the bloat is gone. My last child was born 8 years ago so I don't recall much as far as specifics go during pregnancy, I was young when I had my first two at 22 & 24, and I am now 32 years old. Is feeling less pregnant or I guess less of the severe symptoms normal at this point in pregnancy? Or should I be concerned? They didn't check baby at the ER because I had just had an ultrasound two days prior and everything was fine. I haven't had any bleeding or cramping. Just worried I guess. I have an appointment with my OB on Friday but was hoping you guys might have some insight in the interim 🤷❤️
