Hurting..

Is there something wrong ? Or this is normal .. I’m only 10 weeks & 3 days. Right now it is 4:46 A.M. and I can not go back to sleep , I am in so much pain when I try to lay back down , then with me trying to move around I’m feeling weak and dizzy. N I’ve went pee 3 times in 2 mins it 😢😩 I just wanna sleep
