Both of my pregnancies I had it. Current one I only had the first three months while with my first it was prob more 4-6 months. 
But my sister has two pregnancies and she had zero symptoms at all.

I never threw up, but I felt so nauseous every minute of every day from weeks 6-9. I dry-heaved often, made plenty of emergency bathroom trips, and lost a bunch of weight because I couldn’t eat, but I was never officially sick.
