I need help I'm so confused 😢

I got an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> June 4th and yesterday I think I got my period... I have to go for blood work today to see if I'm pregnant... I got my period and I did a home pregnancy test this morning which was a negative... Should I still go for blood work ?? Or can I be pregnant?
