weight loss???

Please tell me others are losing weight. I'm 9 weeks and lost half a stone already. I'm really struggling to eat as everything makes me feel sick. I even struggle going into the kitchen. I'm really worried I'm hurting my baby. I'm eating very small portions and can't eat breakfast at all.
