How to eat healthy while pregnant?

I need some advice from healthy mamas. I’m almost 10 weeks and so far I’ve had aversions to 99% of food. When I do crave something, it’s usually fruit (good) or carbs (bad - like pizza or pasta). I used to eat more healthy prior to getting pregnant and now I feel like I’m only able to eat junk, at least while this nausea lingers.

Needing some tips to hop back on the healthy train. I’m miserable and feel so gross. 😣
