7 weeks 4 days here. Went to my first ultrasound this morning, saw baby- measured great & strong heartbeat. While driving home from the grocery store about an hour ago, I had a horrible crampy pain from below my ribs to my pelvis- which was sort of relieved by releasing gas. I got home and laid down, only to get up a few minutes later with THE WORST stabbing pain in my pelvis/lower abdomen, I was literally brought to my knees. I went to the bathroom and had (TMI!!!) explosive diarrhea. I'm feeling fine now, just the normal pinches and pulls of pregnancy. Anyway, Is this normal????
