I'm a first time momma so I am worried I won't be able to notice what signs of labor I maybe having. The last 3 days I have had period like cramps time to time and diarrhea like no other(tmi). Except today I have felt so much better ! I've read that diarrhea can be your bodies way of cleaning itself out before the baby comes. I've also ready that once it stops (diarrhea) you can expect to go into labor soon. Just wondering how true is this for some women? What signs of labor did you have before your water broke or you decided it was time to go to the hospital? I'm also 39 weeks pregnant as of today !
