I have a very crappy relationship with my family. Last year in February my step mom got a no contact order on me against my 15 yo brother until he is 18. Today I think he tried to contact me via Snapchat. What I want to know is what I should do? I responded asking if it was him and saying that I can’t contact him if it IS him... can he contact me though?
