To paint or not to paint?

We got an amazing stroller as a gift and it’s nicer then I could have asked for but it’s GOLD. I think it’s almost too nice!
 I wanted to spray paint the wheels black to just make it not so blingy. What would you do?

Noooo. They way the wheels turn and rub and get beat up the paint will chip and scratch and look really bad, even if it looks good at first. It will not last.

I would see if you could exchange it for another color/style if it bothers you that much.

I agree with Tiffany! Don't paint it! see if you can exchange it. You may be able to do it for sure if you give the company that makes the stroller a call.

I hate gold..but I wouldn't touch it.

I'm not a fan of the gold but don't paint it because it might spoil it. I would ask the person who gifted it if you could exchange it for one with a different frame. They shouldn't mind. This is partly why I just bought the baby items myself because I'd be particular about it.
