Depo shot for 1mo.. could I be pregnant?

Sooo I got the depo shot feb 15th had a period from march 11-24th. According to Glow, I'm supposed to ovulate today.. I'm cramping like nonstop. Period cramps (dull on my left side specially. My fiancé and I had sex last night, he came in me. Are my cramps ovulation or the depos crazy side effects?

Probably just depo side effects, or, and I know this sounds dumb, but do you have to poop? I’ve always cramped when I’m backed up sometimes, especially now that I’m pregnant and I’ve been constipated for literally 8 weeks straight 😂

Id say ovulation cramps.. mine happens on my right side & it literally feels like my sides being torn out xx
