I am 22 weeks today and the past week have started having leg cramps in the middle of the night. Seems to start in the early morning (3-4am) and usually just aches in my lower legs. This morning I woke up with a full out painful cramp. I have read this is normal and there is not necessarily a reason why but has anyone else had this and found anything to be helpful?
