Is It True It Helps With Labor and That It Increases Milk?? Do you Guys Think its true who has tried this?

I went from 6cm to 10cm in 5 minutes. Drank the tea my entire pregnancy and 3 cups a day in the last 2 months. ☺️ my contractions were effective and strong. I deff recommend!

I drank it quite a bit in the last month of pregnancy and I had a pretty quick labor for a FTM! 15 hours which was prolonged because I was fighting my body’s urge to push for a while (I didn’t know that’s what I was feeling) but I progressed from a 5 to an 8 in just 2 hours and I really think that my uterus was stronger because of it!

I drank it religiously and did dilate quickly once I got started (1 cm to 10 in about 4 hours)... and honestly I liked the taste, so there was no downside for me. PP my obgyn commented at my 6week appointment that my uterus had excellent tone and when she had me do kegels, she said my muscle strength was great. I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it certainly didn’t hurt.
