Im so confused....

I had been friends with this guy for anout a month we agrue about something and dont talk then his gf of 2 years cheats on him and he comes to me. We hung out and i helped him and we ended up falling for eachother So we dated for about 2 months we were crazy for eachother and we started having some problems he flaked on me for his friends mike and i got mad and he ended it. He went out with some other girl then got into trouble. He cane back to me crying and saying “your my one true love i never stopped loving you im so sorry i left i didnt want to” so we got back together then we get into a fight again because he got mad because i asked why him and i couldn’t hang out that day. Then he comes back to me and his mother makes us break up.(i am 16 he is 17). A day or two later he comes to me and says i cant stay away from you i love you. Then his mother finds out and makes us break again. Then we start talking a week later and he goes back to his ex then she hurts him again and i was there for him again and we talk more then he goes back to her again then to his other ex then back to me. We talk and hook up some. The last time we were hanging out together i was upset and went for support. After we ended up having sex his mom wants him home (she doesnt know hes with me) i start crying a little more and he hugs me and i say “i love you dont ever forget that” and i think i hear him mumble “i love you too” but when i ask what he said he says nothing. Then we go our ways. He all the sudden gets mad at me and calls me a whore and all this shit. And his mother wont let me speak to him at al but he tries to drive other guys away from me all the time. (We fought everytime we split.) But i dont understand how he feels about me? Can i get some help please?
