MICROGESTIN HELP PLEASE

I missed two days of BC pills and had to take a third today. I've been on microgestin for about four months and this is the second time I miss two pills in a row. It messed my period the last time.

Today I did the same thing (missed the 13th and 14th pill in my pack) and took both with my pill for today. I had unprotected sex Tuesday night and Wednesday afternoon should I worry about pregnancy?

EDIT: I am experiencing light spotting today - last time this happened I had light bleeding/period for about three or four days? I can't remember when it happened I think last month?
