Back acne from pregnancy ?

So i havent had back acne since like middle school and im 20 now and 20 weeks pregnant and i got back acne . I cant seem to get rid of it.
I know its probably from hormones 
Does anyone know what can help? Or if they experienced this

3 months pp and still trying to get it to clear up. It’s the hormones.

I didn’t even have back-ne this bad during puberty or my first pregnancy! My doc gave me the okay to use medicated body wash (Neutrogena). Didn’t help at all. 😩

I’ve been using witch hazel and an apricot scrub regularly. It’s helped a lot.

Yup!! I had cystic ones until 3rd tri. 
Zinc diaper cream on a bandaid to bring a deep one to the surface. Hydrocolloid (blister) bandaids to drain and heal.
