Vulva pain postpartum
Is this normal? I had my baby a week ago and my vulva just recently starting feeling swollen and tender. I have a tear near my urethra but didn’t need stitches. I feel like the sitz bath makes it just sting and it’s uncomfortable to sit in. What can i do?
