Weight Loss Recommendations

Hello lovely ladies ♥ I need some advice on shedding some lbs. My whole life I was a bit chubby (even went through a eating disorder in middle school) and my junior year of high school I dropped 15 lbs from kickboxing (get it girl) then I lost another 15 lbs but not in a healthy way whatsoever (let's just say stress took over my life) but I was in LOVE with my body. I was finally what I dreamed to look like. A gained about 7 lbs back to be healthy and I was still happy. For 2 years I stayed at the weight till last August when I met my boyfriend. Lets say the love doctor prescribed me 30 extra lbs because my baby and I love nothing more than spending some quality time over anything edible, but now I. HATE. MY. BODY! I am so ashamed of myself to be back here, my boyfriend LOVES it but it is taking a toll on my self esteem. I work 12 hour days 5 days a week, going to a gym is not in my agenda now (even though I have 2, yes 2! gym member ship) ladies can you give me some tips on shedding? espacilly the tummy area.
