Breastfeeding moms please help?

My baby boy is 5 weeks old and I've started to notice that while I breastfeed I get nauseous...has anyone else experienced this too....if so do you know what causes it and how to releave this?

Hormones-  it helped me to sip on water while i bf.

its normal! It only lasts a week or two, atleast it did with me. My friend said it lasted her a month but also mentined drinking/sipping on water while breastfeeding helped

Unfortunately that’s normal. Hopefully it tapers off soon when your hormones regulate more. Try chewing peppermint gum when you nurse or ginger tea. Stay strong!
