Best detergent?

I’m a ftm, and I’m looking for a good baby detergent. My husband’s deodorant hasn’t been coming out with the brand I’m trying out now (before our daughter arrives). Anyone have any suggestions on heavy duty but baby safe detergents?

So, there’s really no need to use a baby detergent. Baby will be on anyone that uses the other detergent so it kind of negates the purpose. Tide/Gain/Persil are the best for cleaning though.

I use Shout stain remover. I spray it on the marks/stains about 30 minutes prior to washing (or when I put the first load in the washer, I spray the next load). Even with Tide detergent and oxy clean, I still use the spray for deodorant or red sauce stains. It washes out with the stain so just continue to use a Free and Clear detergent with it.

Any detergent that’s just free of dyes and perfumes. Really no exact name brand.

Also, Dreft is absolutely not necessary. It’s a lot harsher than you’d think it is!

Did not even know baby detergent was a thing....  I just uses the normal one we always have used.

To get the deodorant stains out use Shout Grease remover, then you don’t have to switch detergent, just use the remover on his shirts.
All Free & Clear is my backup detergent but my main detergent is Norwex Ultra Power Plus (UPP).

All Free and Clear contains Sodium Cocoanate which leaves a terrible build up on clothing. I’d highly recommend that anyone use it to find something else as this will ruin your clothes.
Something with active enzymes works best. 
For stains Fels-Naptha is, by far, the best.

We wash our daughter's clothes in The Honest Co. Baby Detergent. She's five months and so far it's been working great for us. Eventually we'll start washing her clothing in our detergent, but right now, we're happy using baby detergent.
