TMI having a hard time going to the bathroom

I am 15+4 and I am having a very hard time trying to go #2. I only go every 3 days and when I do I have to sit there forever. I know this is kinda normal but I need suggestions on how to fix this. it hurts so bad and I am literally getting stomach pains from it. 😭
