Conceived First Time TTC?

Have any of you conceived after your first month TTC? What did you do to make this happen?

I had a lot of sex with my fiancé.

I got pregnant the 1st month this time. It took me nearly 3 years to have my son. I was shocked.

I got pregnant first try. Just had a bunch of sex all month and had fun with it. We didn't stress too much and were really surprised when it happened so quick.

I just had sex every other day and didnt stress to much about ‘trying’ some days we would possibly got two days between aswell 😊

We were in a position where we could be together literally all day every day, so we did it 2-3 times a day and that was the month I got pregnant. We weren't ttc though, getting pregnant was the goal but we didn't think it would happen so fast, if that makes any sense.

I have all 3 times.  First try. Which makes me feel guilty seeing how women on here struggle... But I just have sex. that's it. nothing out of the ordinary.

I did! We had sex everyday in my fertile window plus 1-2 days on each end (I'd tracked my cycle for a few months prior so I'd know when I was fertile), & we both ate well, no alcohol, exercised & slept well.
