I don’t know what to do!

So for the past 10 years I’ve had this awful hemorrhoid that flares up on and off. Since I got pregnant it’s just gotten so much worse! I had my baby 6 weeks ago and since then the damn thing is extremely painful at times and very itchy and every time I use the bathroom it bleeds a lot! I’ve taken sitz baths, used witch hazel pads, prep h, creams prescribed by doctors, I take stool softeners and have changed my diet in hopes that it will help and nothing helps! I’m so uncomfortable and I can’t even make an appointment until Monday and it’s Saturday ahhhh! Has anyone been to the emergency room for help with hemorrhoids? If so what were they able to do for you? I’m almost traumatized to use the bathroom because of the pain and bleeding that comes with it. And no I’m not constipated I use the bathroom regularly which makes t worse because I’m completely afraid of what’s to come when I use it!
