Anything else to help recovery?

FTM & I just gave birth 3 days ago. I have the dermoplast, spray bottles, pads & tucks they gave me. Anything else I should get that’s a life saver? Also anything for my nipples too, I’m breastfeeding & on the verge of tears😩

you got mostly everything you need. nipple cream by medela is what I've been using but is recommend to contact a lactation consultant asap to make sure your latch is correct. Breath and know that things do get better. I've been breast feeding for over a month now and still want to cry from exhaustion and am planning on speaking with a consultant a well.
