19w3d, First Braxton Hicks?

First pregnancy. 19w3d and twice today I experienced what felt like my lower abdomen tightening/squeezing on the inside. It hurt a bit, but didn’t last very long and was unlike my usual round ligament pain. Is this Braxton Hicks? Or might it be something else altogether?

Sounds like Braxton Hicks. I had that starting around 18 weeks til the end of my pregnancy. My doctor said it was normal, as long as it isnt intense or timed (like happening every 5 minutes). Just make sure you're staying hydrated and light exercise.
