Best site/blog for specific exercises while pregnant?

I’m hoping to find a good resource to tell me exactly what I can do at what point in my pregnancy. I have no idea. I used to workout hard - heavy lifting, boxing, HIIT - but then switched jobs and injured my ankle badly. So it’s been months... maybe even a year? I gained like 20lbs. Since I finished PT for my ankle, I have been doing hour long walks up and down my crazy hilly town and was just getting back into some lighter weights and cardio again when I found out that I’m pregnant. I’d like to keep slowly, gently progressing so I don’t gain too much weight and to hopefully get stronger even during pregnancy. Is that crazy since I’ve been benched so long? I keep hearing that you can do whst you did before pregnancy, but why is that? What if I know good form and my capabilities but I’m just out of practice?

Please let me know your thoughts, what docs have told you, etc. and please let me know if any good do/don’t type lists. I’m only 4 weeks and nervous to do crunches or pretty much anything right now but my walks.
