Ahh those old wives tales... They at least have a 50/50 chance of being right! I don't think you're carrying overly high, more like in the middle :) low is where your bump is more pronounced under your belly button, high is when it's pronounced between your belly button and your breasts. I think it all has to do with your muscles and body type though rather than gender. I'm carrying low but won't find out till next week what we're having!
