I need help

Not all days i have logged in when we had sex so its not right only my days i am 6 days late i took 1 test en it whas bfn but that was on the first day i was late. Now i am a little scared to take another test because we are already 7 months ttc and the disappointment every time to have a bfn is sooo fkcd up ! 😓😓 so what do you guys think do i have to take another test?
