I got an ultrasound at 12w5d that clearly showed it was a girl, just swollen parts. And then I got my blood results back at 13w5d confirming it was a girl.

Was told at my 13 week ultrasound that they were 90% sure was a boy. 27 weeks now, it’s a boy

earliest you can usually tell us around 16 weeks then you can have a private anatomy scan. all babies are made as girls until a penis and testicles form if they are boys. unless you have a super advanced growing baby, there isn't going to be much to Look at, and your doctor will probably tell you the same thing.

They could tell my girl was a girl at 12w 5d of course I was still skeptical and didnt tell people or buy stuff yet but it’s possible. They just have swollen girl parts at that time that can look like male anatomy but you can tell the difference usually because you’ll see three lines separating instead of more circular/nub parts.
