All the signs but yet another bfn😢

Long post I’m sorry...

A week ago I went to the hospital with stabbing pains in my lady parts, they did a pregnancy test and even tho I told the doctor we are ttc she said ‘your pregnancy test is a very strong negative’ with a grin on her face, my heart broke yet again😭

It was our engagement party on Saturday so seen as I knew I wasn’t pregnant for sure I let loose and had a brilliant time, but yesterday and today my boobs are KILLING! They hurt to touch!!! No nausea. No period and no bfp 💔👎🏽 just about sick of my body taunting me! Just let me have my moment already!!!!
