Prenatal vitamins???

So I’m a little over 4wks pregnant and I’m having bloating, gas pain/cramping, and frequent belching. Seems to have started around the time I started my prenatal vitamins. Any advice or similar problem?

It's not the vitamins. Those are all common pregnancy symptoms.

Nope, not the vitamins. That’s just early pregnancy lol. During my first 6 or 7 weeks i was so bloated that it physically hurt. I looked more pregnant then than I do now at 21 weeks. It’ll pass!

I tried multiple prenatals with my first pregnancy and everything made me sick. Eventually I could take the gummies but they were still bad. This pregnancy I have the upspring prenatals and it is 3 gummies and one small dha tablet a day. I feel great after taking them! And they are all natural so the gummies don’t feel and taste like the overally processed stuff. I still feel like I’m taking a good vitamin.
