Trouble adjusting to being an older sister

Has anyone with an about 15 month old child had a second child yet? I just had my second daughter a week ago and my first is having some issues adjusting. She is fairly good with the baby, but she really struggles with me giving the baby any attention or not devoting myself 100% to her. I can't lift or carry her for another week due to a c section, and all she does is whine and follow me wanting to be picked up. She has always been such a happy girl and was very good at playing independently. I knew there was going to be an adjustment, just looking for some other mom's experiences. How long did the adjustment take? Any advice? I just want my happy girl back...😔
