So I’m 14 and fell into a very deep state of depression awhile ago. My depression got so bad where I stopped taking care of myself. I stopped doing things like taking showers regularly, eating, working out, talking to friends, and even brushing my teeth, which I know sounds disgusting. I’ve gotten better now and now every time I brush my top teeth, my top gums will start bleeding. I’m afraid that this isn’t normal. They bleed lightly though, it’s not a whole lot of blood but I’m still worried.
