As summer is peaking around the corner , I’ve been working EXTRA hard in the gym , my body has been slowly changing and I’m super proud of the results ! Just wanted to share my progress :) my instagram is @waveeybaby if you want me to answer any questions about my day to day fitness plan

UPDATE : consistently doing leg workouts every Monday Thursday and sometimes Saturday my booty routine consist of 3x20 sets of squats , lunges , hip thrust and some varieties of isolated glute work outs . Also maintaining a good diet and drinking plenty of water :)
