Back pain and nausea

Is anyone one getting crazy lower back pain and nausea? I am in so much pain that I can barely get out of my be :( I have two more kids and getting worried doctors appointment is on monday. Till then I am trying to hang in there. Any advice/suggestions are welcomed :)
