I need help

Hello all,

I’m overweight. Really overweight. And I need help. Badly. I’m a chronic yo yo dieter. 7 months ago I was 65kg, I’m now 85kg. I hate the way I feel but I need help overcoming this mentally. The last time I lost weight was the best. Stuck with it for months, but it came crushing down again. Does anyone have any tips to overcome this? Also, any exercise recommendations on how to lose weight around the mid section?
