Negative ghost rider

Mixed with emotions,I had my first IUI March 23,2018.I got my cycle today.No baby. It is truly a hard pill to swallow.I really had to hit the mental and emotional RESET button.Knowing that there are additional meds and options, im very optimistic that it will happen. I've got a great wife,great support system.I meet with my team of doctors on the 18th to go over a game plan to get pregnant rather it's IUI or
