Making a memorial
Sorry if this is a dumb question and didn’t know what group to post in. But a little over a month ago my uncle was struck by a van and died days later. It was at an intersection. I wanted to make a memorial with with a cross his name and flowers where he was hit, but not sure if there’s any reason you can’t do that. Like if I could tie it around the pole or something?
