Hey girls needing help

Hey everyone well the last week I've been getting cramps and back ache, acne, bloating and today bit of bleeding not alot to notice but it weird as it only happens when I'm walking or laying down on side,also been getting headache and feeling faint, hot flashes.

I'm due my period Sunday so I'm going to wait till then to do test but can this happen as early pregnancy symptoms???? I really hope so.
