update: I am now 4 days late and took a test Saturday and it was negative. I started having really bad pains in my left lower abdominal area (past history with cyst). The pain started lastnight and has not stopped since. I called my OBGYN this morning and she had me do an ultrasound today. Thankfully everything turned out fine however I have still not started. She did a blood test today and will find out my results tomorrow. I really hope Im pregnant. We have been trying for 3 years now. I just want my bundle of joy. Anyway, has anyone gotten a BFP?
