ER says I’m not pregnant?

I missed my period, cramping and have 3 positive pregnancy tests. I went for something non pregnancy related and they wanted to do a pregnancy test before doing a CT scan. Everything came back normal?

Did they do urine or blood? Urine, your pee may have been diluted. But if it was negative blood test you aren’t pregnant

The CT scan would’ve shown you were pregnant even that early.
