Working out alone

So I’m 21 years old, I work the normal weekdays and I work teachers hours. I have had a gym membership for almost 2 years and have only gone 5 times...

I don’t have the courage to go every other day and get healthy... I find myself worried about how I’d look in things since I’m almost 190 but I can’t seem to head to the gym alone...

For those awesome women who do go alone all day everyday how do you do it? Is it a motivation thing? Is it your alone time? Or is it something as simple as your playlist??

I just need to know because I’m wasting money on something I really need and I don’t know how to commit myself. Help me!
