CAN’T STOP PICKING MY FACE!! 😞

This old habit is becoming a serious issue for me. My once clear skin is now covered in angry red spots and scars. It’s so habitual that I don’t even know that I’m doing it anymore. I’ve even tried tying one hand to my headboard while reading to stop myself!

I have severe anxiety, depression, and ptsd, so the encroaching thoughts ensure that I’m in a constant state of stress. A perfect recipe for picking problems.

Do you guys have any methods that you’ve tried in the past that have worked for you??
