Anxiety from Glow??? 🤔

Is it just me or does anyone else get anxiety from being on this app? Sometimes I see people post their stories and it just gives me so much anxiety. I appreciate users telling their stories but it just makes me worry about my little bean so much. Maybe I’m so anxious cause this is my first pregnancy. Who knows 🤷‍♀️

Yup!!!! Here’s the thing I noticed... if nothing is happening in a pregnancy, no one talks about it. People don’t post “my pregnancy is totally normal” over and over. But, if someone has experienced a miscarriage or stillbirth or loss, they share. They need the community they can find here. And that’s awesome for them, but terrifying for many. It starts to seem like loss is FAR more common than it actually is.  Take it with a grain of salt, and remember, your odds are statistically MUCH higher of a complication-free pregnancy.

It definitely gives me anxiety being on here! I’ve been trying to stay off it mostly. I’ve had a miscarriage before and I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant and hearing
 people stories stresses me out and makes me so anxious.

Yes! They’re needs to be somewhere they can post the mc questions. I feel like there’s a 50/50 chance of mc now thanks to all the ones I see on here. Of course I feel terrible for the ladies who have had to go through it but I’m only 5 weeks and feel like I can’t enjoy/ accept that I’m pregnant because every time I’m on here there’s mc questions and gives me such bad anxiety not to mention I’m obviously not taking my anxiety meds anymore so it makes it 10x worse

Yes because I keep seeing posts about stillbirth at 36+ weeks. I'm 37 weeks and it freaks the hell out of me. My 4th baby must be very chill because I hardly feel her move all day, like 1 or 2 active periods a day at the very most. She's been like this all along. But I've gone for numerous non stress tests and ultrasounds and they say she's fine. Then I read some scary story on here and I worry non stop.
