Good news turned out to be not so good

Well I went to the hospital last night because I was in so much pain. I thought i was constipated, sorry if that is gross. Well turns out I kinda was but the prune juice moved that along. Well I ended up getting an xray done and then a pelvic ultrasound. Turns out I might have had a small cyst on my left ovary that ruptured. Which would explain the pain. But I also was told that I am PREGNANT!!! It is very early, my period was literally 2 weeks ago. Also I found out that my body was apparently trying to miscarriage the baby. so at this point I have no idea what the hell is going on. And to top it off, I am bleeding as well. not heavy or medium. Just light bleeding. so if anyone who reads this, can please pray for me? I don't want to lose this baby
