Should I Worry?

Normally my baby moves 10 times within 20 minutes or less but the last couple days she moves maybe 10 times in an hour. Should I be concerned ?

Just keeps close eye please. If you’re concerned don’t be afraid to show up to get checked out. I went in for decreased movement and found no heartbeat. I was 39+5.

How many weeks are you? As baby progresses, they develop more regular wake/sleep cycles and spend more time during the day sleeping. Especially if you move around quite a bit and they're being rocked to sleep. As long as you're able to count ten within the hour at their most active times, it's absolutely fine. You can always try drinking ice water and laying on your left side for about 20 minutes to get some kicks in. 
It's probably nothing to worry about, but you can always call your doc to see if they think you should come in to be monitored.
