please someone help me

I am currently 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant. yesterday and today I have been having a constant cramping pain. I have not bled or anything like that. but it hurts when I have to pee, like someone is squeezing my fallopian tubes. mostly on my right side. it also hurts when i move really fast or twist around. is this Ok? when do I need to call someone??
