Cold like symptoms in the TWW

I’ve heard of some women having cold symptoms during their TWW, has anyone here had them and gotten a BFP! Night of 7 dpo and all day 8 dpo, I had a sore throat, spitting out mucus crap, a light cough, and am just exhausted with brain fog. Today at 9 dpo all of my symptoms are almost completely gone? I’m just curious if this has any correlation!? Thanks!! AF is due Tuesday 😩 I hope she doesn’t show! I seemed to have ovulated so late this cycle too!!
