ladies help me out

so Monday was my way day last on my period and I got a faint positive. I tested again yesterday( 4 different test) all BFP. I got my blood work done yesterday and was waiting for the call today. I took another test this morning and it was positive. then I decided I wanted to see a positive one more time and I went and wipes and there was Brownish discharge and a negative test. the doctor called me and told me my levels were only 19 and that I was pregnant but they were low and now I don't know what to think. did I lose the baby is there still a chance anyway had luck with low levels I just don't know what to think please anything will help right now. I'm going in tomorrow for more blood work but I just can't stop my mind from going nuts right now
